Next Resettlement Convoy Arrives in Khanyurdu Village as Families Receive House Keys

Khanyurdu: The resettlement convoy dispatched on August 11 has arrived in the village of Khanyurdu in the Khojaly district. During this phase, keys to their new homes were presented to 19 families consisting of 62 people.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ceremony was attended by representatives of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, as well as by representatives of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons. The families relocated for permanent residence in the village of Khanyurdu were provided with houses in newly built individual residential homes.

Currently, in Karabakh and East Zangezur, in addition to the former IDPs resettled there, there are more than 50 thousand people working in the implementation of projects carried out in this region, as well as performing their official duties in local departments of various state entities, and working in health, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy enterprises that have resumed their activities.
