Baku: On behalf of the members of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, a letter of congratulations was sent to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan in honor of his birthday.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the message praised President Aliyev for his leadership and commitment to the development of Azerbaijan, highlighting his contributions to international cooperation and regional connectivity.
