New York:The 37th high-level meeting of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center (NGIC) took place in New York alongside the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. The event was themed 'Rebuilding Trust, Cooperation and Global Stability for a Shared Future.'

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting was attended by state and governmental officials, representatives from the UN and other international organizations, former heads of state, and experts.

The opening remarks were delivered by Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO); Miguel ngel Moratinos, UN Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC); Tatiana Molcean, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE); and Wu Hongbo, former Special Representative of the Chinese Government on European Affairs.
