Non-Aligned Movement Youth Week’s Second Edition Kicks Off in Baku

Baku: The second edition of the Youth Week of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) has today kicked off at the Baku Convention Center in Baku. NAM Youth Week, a flagship initiative of the NAM Youth Organization, dedicated to February 2 - the National Youth Day of Azerbaijan, brings together youth, representatives of the public and private sectors, as well as international organizations. According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Leyla Hasanova, Chairperson of NAMYO and Youth Climate Champion for COP29, addressed the event. She noted that the 2nd edition of the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Week will provide a platform for participants to acquire knowledge and skills across several topical areas. These areas range from international relations and sustainable practices to the green energy transition and urban planning. The event features panel discussions, interactive sessions, and seminars designed to engage participants in meaningful dialogue and learning experiences.
