An auction on placement of non-banking credit organization “Kredaqro” bonds with ISIN code AZ2003009167, par value of AZN 500,000 with 18-month maturity and unsecured uncertificated registered bonds was held at the Baku Stock Exchange.

The report says that 9 investors submitted 9 orders at AZN 100 (11%) for AZN 500,000. Thus, the placement has taken place in full.

The bonds were promised an annual yield of 11%. Interest will be paid every 3 months. Underwriter of the placement is investment company “AzFinance”.

Maturity date of the bonds is 28 June 2024
