Skopje: President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, has sent a condolence letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Siljanovska-Davkova expresses her deep sorrow upon hearing the news of the plane crash near Aktau, Republic of Kazakhstan. The tragedy, which resulted in the loss of lives, prompted her to extend heartfelt condolences to President Aliyev, the Azerbaijani people, and the families affected by the incident.

In the letter, President Siljanovska-Davkova conveyed her deepest condolences on behalf of the citizens of North Macedonia and herself. She requested that President Aliyev relay her sympathies to the families of the victims and expressed hopes for a speedy recovery for those injured in the crash.
