Baku: A delegation from the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) visiting Nicosia to attend events marking the 52nd anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation met with Ziya -ztrkler, Speaker of the Assembly of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation of New Azerbaijan Party, led by Anar Mammadov, a member of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis, was joined by Orhan Hasanoglu, President of the Azerbaijan-Cyprus Friendship Society.

Earlier, a delegation of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, led by Javanshir Feyziyev, Head of the Working Group on Azerbaijan-TRNC Inter-Parliamentary Relations, visited the TRNC parliament.
