Ankara: Last month, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 93 apartments in Trkiye, marking a significant uptick in real estate transactions between the two countries.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute highlights a 31% increase compared to June, when Azerbaijani citizens bought 71 apartments. This also represents an increase of 5.7% compared to the same period last year.
Azerbaijani citizens ranked sixth among foreign nationals investing in the Turkish real estate market. The top five nationalities purchasing property in Trkiye were from Russia, Iran, Germany, Ukraine, and Iraq, respectively.
The rise in property purchases by Azerbaijani citizens in Trkiye reflects ongoing economic and cultural ties between the two countries.
