Nursultan Nazarbayev Congratulates President Aliyev on Independence Day and Eid al-Adha

Baku: The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has extended his congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev through a letter, as reported by APA. The letter was sent to mark the dual occasions of Azerbaijan's Independence Day and the religious festival of Eid al-Adha.
