Baku: Oil prices increased in global markets on Monday. On the London Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the price of Brent crude rose by $0.31 to reach $61.43 per barrel. Meanwhile, on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of Light crude increased by $0.29, settling at $57.73 per barrel.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the fluctuations in oil prices are being closely monitored by industry analysts and investors. The increase in prices is attributed to factors impacting supply and demand dynamics in the global market. The rise in Brent crude and Light crude prices reflects ongoing trends and potential future developments in the energy sector.
