Baku: Orkhan Rajab oglu Sattarov has been appointed as the Press Secretary to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This decision was made following Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the order takes effect immediately upon its signing.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the appointment of Orkhan Sattarov marks an important development in the presidential administration's communications strategy.
