Accra:Organization of Turkic States Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev has extended his congratulations to Azerbaijan on the 35th anniversary of its Restoration of Independence Day.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, Omuraliev shared his congratulatory message via social media, highlighting the significance of the occasion for the Azerbaijani people.
