Baku: Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of his birthday, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from Omuraliev extends warm wishes to President Aliyev and acknowledges the significant leadership role he plays in fostering relations among Turkic states. The gesture reflects the close ties and cooperation between the member countries of the OTS.
