“People, only who received both doses of vaccine against coronavirus, are allowed to restaurants from today,” head of Mass Media and Public Relations Department of Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Major Elshad Hajiyev told APA.

According to him, the requirement of a COVID passport from citizens is applied to only closed restaurants and cafes, entry to open places is free.
