Anama: Over 1,000 hectares of land have been cleared of mines in territories liberated from occupation last week. The weekly report on operations carried out by agencies involved in demining activities in the liberated territories has been released, the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, 48 anti-personnel mines, 15 anti-tank mines, and 309 unexploded ordnance (UXO) were discovered in the districts of Tartar, Aghdam, Aghdara, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Khojaly, Khankendi, Kalbajar, Khojavand, Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan. It was noted that an area of 1,726.1 hectares was cleared of mines and UXOs.
