Tiny Kox, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has called Azerbaijan and Armenia for dialogue, APA reports

Tiny Kox urged parliamentarians from Azerbaijan and Armenia to take advantage of the Assembly as a forum.

At the same time, he called on parliamentarians to establish a dialogue to eliminate disagreements in difficult and sensitive issues.
