Baku: President Ilham Aliyev stated that the participation of Pakistani servicemen in the parade signifies the unity of the peoples and armies of Azerbaijan, Trkiye, and Pakistan. The statement was made during his speech at the military parade commemorating the fifth anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic War.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev noted that Pakistan showed support and solidarity with Azerbaijan during the 44-day Patriotic War. He highlighted the significance of Pakistani servicemen joining the parade at Azadlig Square, marking the first such participation and underscoring the collaboration between the three nations.
