“Paşabank” has been operating at loss in Georgia for 9 months

A subsidiary of “Pashabank” in Georgia has published financial indices for January-September 2022.

 

The subsidiary bank lost 3.6 million lari (2.2 million manats) in 9 months.

 

This is up by 26.3% from the same period of the last year.

 

Since the beginning of October this year, the assets of “Pashabank Georgia” as compared to the beginning of October last year amounted to 14.5% more – 513.1 million lari (307.9 million manats), including a net loan portfolio of 24.55% more – 331.4 million lari (198.8 million manats). The bank’s liabilities amounted to GEL 420.85 million (252.5 million manats, 12.2% more), including the deposit portfolio – GEL 231.8 million (139.1 million manats, 8.1% more), the balance sheet capital -GEL 92.3 million (55.4 million manats, 26.1% less), including the authorized capital-129 million lari (77.4 million manats, 25.2% more).

 

Note that 1 lari is equal to 0.6 manat
