Baku: The partnership between PASHA Holding and Holberton School Azerbaijan has been instrumental in fostering the growth of technology talent in Azerbaijan. This collaboration has enabled young individuals to gain practical skills that align with the demands of the labor market, thereby strengthening the local technology ecosystem.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Holberton School Azerbaijan operates with the support of both PASHA Holding and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA). The initiatives within this partnership are designed to enhance young people's access to opportunities in modern technology fields, nurture new talent, and strengthen their ties to the real labor market.

In the past year, the '100% t?qad s?ni §agirir!' ('100% Scholarship Awaits You!') programme garnered nearly 6,400 applications, with 249 participants currently continuing their studies under this initiative. Additionally, the Generative AI scholarship programme saw 224 participants graduate successfully. Efforts to develop practical skills included six hackathons, where 132 projects were presented.

The collaboration, which commenced in 2023, remains active, continuing to support the development of a new generation of technology talent in Azerbaijan and their integration into the broader ecosystem.
