Baku: People’s Artist of Azerbaijan Shafiga Mammadova has been awarded the “Istiglal” Order, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order states that Shafiga Hashim gizi Mammadova has been awarded for her significant contributions to the development of Azerbaijani culture.
