Personnel changes in the leadership of Azerbaijani embassies

On August 19, President Ilham Aliyev signed orders to change the leadership of a number of Azerbaijani embassies. Thus, Rashad Aslanov was recalled from the post of Azerbaijan’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay.

Ramzi Teimurov was appointed to this position. He was recalled from the post of head of the diplomatic mission in Korea and Mongolia.

Ramin hasanov was appointed an ambassador to Korea ; he was recalled from the post of Azerbaijani ambassador to Germany.

In addition, by the orders of President Ilham Aliyev, Elhan Polukhov was recalled from the post of Azerbaijan’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Brazil, Ecuador, Guyana, Suriname, the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, as well as from the post of Azerbaijan’s Plenipotentiary Representative to the Caribbean Union.

Rashad Novruz was appointed to this position.
