As part of the events to mark Days of Shusha in Bursa, a photo exhibition entitled “Pearl of Azerbaijan – Shusha” by renowned photographer Reza Deghati has been launched.

The exhibition reflecting the Karabakh culture was co-organized by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality.

President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva, Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul Narmina Mustafayeva, Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Alinur Aktaş, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha district Aydin Karimov, Secretary-General of TURKSOY Sultan Raev and Governor of Bursa Yakup Canpolat viewed the exhibition.

On behalf of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Gunay Afandiyeva presented an appreciation plaque to Reza Deghati.

The exhibition features 60 photos taken by Reza Deghati before and after the occupation of Shusha.
