The socialist organization Karshylyk, which held a march against gender-based violence last December, will hold a mass picket against the violation of labor rights and the deplorable situation of the working class on May 1 in Bishkek. The organization reported.

The main requirements of the picket are a salary of at least 45,000 soms per month and 300 soms per hour, a full social package at the expense of the state, elimination of harassment and discrimination in workplaces and educational places.

The picket will be held in the square of Fighters of the Revolution at 2 p.m. The organizers call on everyone to join the picket.
