“Baku calls on Yerevan to sign a peace agreement and approach constructively to the issue on the delimitation of the border,” said Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu in his interview with RIA Novosti, APA reports.

“We repeatedly stated that the war has already ended, the conflict remained in the past, Armenia should recognize Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, sign a peace agreement and constructively approach to the issue of delimitation of the borders,” the ambassador noted.

According to him, Yerevan postpones regulation of relations with Baku: “Armenian side again tries to postpone regulation of interstate relations and hinders the establishment of new conditions for comprehensive development of the whole region.”
