The population of Azerbaijna’s liberated Kalbajar city will reach 17,000 people by 2040, this was reflected in the “Master Plan for the Development of the City of Kalbajar by 2040”, APA reports.

While in the last Master Plan of the city before the occupation (drawn up in 1969), the area of ??Kalbajar city was 130 ha, and the population was 7,500 people, according to the development concept by 2040, these numbers will increase more than twice (nearly 290 ha area, 17,000 people).
