Preferential apartments will also be available in Shirvan city

MIDA” LLC under the State Housing Construction Agency (SHCA) has included the city of Shirvan in the list of settlements where multi-apartment residential buildings are being built at the expense of state budget funds. On October 27, the state-owned company completed the design work competition.

 

Note that 8.11 hectares of land have been allocated for construction work in the city of Shirvan. The request for proposals from applicants is held from October 13th. The winner of the contest has not been announced yet. It is also unknown how many apartments are planned to be built in this residential complex.

 

The project company will have to develop urban planning of the territory, a construction project, including engineering and geological works, an architectural solution of a residential complex and residential buildings, social facilities. Besides, the company will present to “MIDA” documents on environmental impact assessment, projects of engineering and communication support (gas, heat, communications, electricity, water supply and sewerage) facilities, etc.). The winner of the competition will be authorized to perform copyright control over construction works.

 

Recall that the SHCA has been in effect since 2016. With its participation, preferential apartments are being built in Baku (5 residential complexes), Sumgayit (2 projects), Ganja and Lankaran. Young families, certain categories of individuals and families (scientists, teachers, military personnel, police officers, civil servants, internally displaced persons) have the right to purchase a preferential apartment. A loan for the purchase of apartments on preferential terms is provided at 4% per annum for up to 30 years
