Baku: The Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev, recently met with Kairat Sarybay, the Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), to discuss the upcoming CICA summit in Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting focused on the preparations for the CICA summit as well as the CICA Media Forum. Kairat Sarybay expressed appreciation for Azerbaijan's leadership role within the organization, highlighting the significant progress made under Azerbaijan's guidance in the transformation of CICA. The discussions aimed to ensure a successful summit and media forum, reflecting Azerbaijan's commitment to fostering interaction and confidence-building measures in Asia.
