Baku: The presentation of the "Victory Road" project, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the April battles, was held in Baku. This initiative was part of a general grant competition announced by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan for non-governmental organizations. The event was supported by the Ministry of Culture, organized by the "Zafar" Martyr Families Support Public Union, sponsored by the "Veysaloglu" Group of Companies, and had Maundy TV as its media partner.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the event took place at the Academic National Drama Theater and was attended by a diverse group of participants. Among those present were state and government officials, deputies of the Azerbaijani Parliament, families of martyrs and veterans, intellectuals, and representatives from youth organizations. Volunteer youth, public figures, and media representatives also participated in the event, highlighting the broad support and interest in commemorating the April battles.
