Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Trkiye, on June 2, APA reports. The meeting underscored the strong bilateral ties between Azerbaijan and Trkiye, particularly in the energy sector. President Aliyev expressed his gratitude to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the letter sent regarding the Baku Energy Week.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Alparslan Bayraktar expressed his gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the reception and fondly recalled his recent participation in events held in Lachin. He also conveyed his congratulations on the excellent organization of these celebrations. Both leaders emphasized the significance of the 30th Anniversary International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition and the 13th Caspian International Power and Green Energy Exhibition. These events, part of the Baku Energy Week, play a crucial role in fostering international cooperation, expanding relations, and promoting innovative approaches in the energy sector.

The discussions highlighted the successful implementation of numerous global projects under the leadership and guidance of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Trkiye.
