Baku:Sahib Jalil oghlu Rzayev has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Penitentiary Service.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order for the appointment of Rzayev to these positions.

The appointment signifies a notable change in the leadership of Azerbaijan's Penitentiary Service, as Rzayev assumes his new responsibilities under the directive of the presidential order.
