Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the successful completion of the referendum on the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Aliyev highlighted the significance of the referendum's outcome, describing it as a clear expression of unity and national will among the people of Kazakhstan.
