Washington: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed concerns over the impact of the Biden administration on U.S.-Azerbaijan relations, stating that these relations became entangled with Azerbaijan-Armenia issues.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev remarked during an interview with the Azerbaijani press in Washington that the past four years under the previous U.S. administration were viewed as lost years for Azerbaijan. He highlighted that the achievements and potential previously shared with the United States were effectively frozen during this period.
