Nakhchivan: President Ilham Aliyev announced that the Horadiz-Aghband highway is nearing completion, with only minor issues remaining. He shared this update during an interview with Azerbaijan Television in Nakhchivan. In addition to the highway, the construction of the railway is also advancing rapidly.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized that Azerbaijan has the capacity to expedite the project if necessary. However, he mentioned that due to the Armenian section not being ready, there is currently no need to accelerate the implementation.
