Baku: Natig Nushravan oglu Aghayev has been appointed Head of the Balakan District Executive Authority, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order in this regard.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, The appointment follows the arrest of the former district head, Islam Rzayev, during an operation conducted by the State Security Service.
