Baku: Elvin Nazim oglu Pashayev has been appointed Head of the Gakh District Executive Authority, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the appointment comes after the former district head, Musa Shakiliyev, was arrested during an operation conducted by the State Security Service.
