Baku: By a relevant Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Yashar Allahgulu oghlu Amashov has been appointed First Deputy Head of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, another Order of the President has awarded Y. Amashov the high military rank of Major General.
