Baku: Ulvi Zahid oglu Guliyev has been awarded the 'Shohrat' Order. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ulvi Guliyev received the order for his effective activities in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The 'Shohrat' Order is a recognition for those who have made significant contributions to the country.
