Tashkent: Uzbekistan today is a country that enjoys great international prestige, President Ilham Aliyev said at the third meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, APA's special correspondent reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev extended his congratulations to President Shavkat Miromonovich and the people of Uzbekistan for their achievements in the development of the country. He highlighted the successes in strengthening the country's potential in both the socioeconomic sphere and the international arena.

President Aliyev emphasized that Uzbekistan's international prestige is largely due to the efforts of its leadership, acknowledging the tireless work being done to develop the country and reinforce its role on the global stage.
