President Ilham Aliyev Congratulates Belarus President on Independence Day

Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Aliyev extends sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Lukashenko on the national holiday.
