Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics, on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his heartfelt congratulations to President Rinkevics and the Latvian people on their national holiday.
