President Ilham Aliyev Congratulates Latvian President on Independence Day

Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics, on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his heartfelt congratulations to President Rinkevics and the Latvian people on their national holiday. In his letter, he emphasized the longstanding traditions of Azerbaijan-Latvia relations and highlighted the historical ties and current high level of interstate relations between the two countries. President Aliyev noted that these relations provide significant opportunities for expanding cooperation across various fields.
