Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of the Philippines Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter expressed President Aliyev's sincere congratulations on behalf of himself and the people of Azerbaijan to the President and the people of the Philippines.
