Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order dismissing Islam Vahid oglu Rzayev from his position as Head of the Balakan District Executive Authority, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, an operation was carried out by the State Security Service (SSS) at the Balakan District Executive Authority. Reports indicate that Islam Rzayev and several other officials have been detained as part of the operation.
