President Ilham Aliyev Extends Congratulations to Serbian Counterpart Aleksandar Vucic

Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, APA reports. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter conveyed President Aliyev's heartfelt congratulations to Vucic and the people of Serbia on the occasion of Serbia's national holiday. President Aliyev expressed his sincere wishes to his Serbian counterpart and extended his greetings to the Serbian people. In the letter, President Aliyev highlighted the satisfactory current level of relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia, describing Serbia as a friendly country and a reliable strategic partner. He noted that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two nations are built on solid foundations of mutual support and trust, which continue to develop comprehensively and are enriched with new content. President Aliyev emphasized the importance of regular mutual visits at the highest level and an active political dialogue, which he believes creat e conditions for the more rapid development of these relations and the strengthening of the strategic partnership. He fondly recalled their recent meeting in Davos, describing it with pleasant impressions. Expressing confidence in the further expansion of traditional friendly relations, President Aliyev conveyed his hope for mutually beneficial cooperation on both a bilateral and multilateral basis, in accordance with the interests of the peoples of both countries. He also wished for the further deepening of the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Serbia. In closing, President Aliyev wished President Vucic good health, happiness, and success in his work, along with constant peace and prosperity for the friendly people of Serbia.
