Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on granting personal scholarships of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to cultural figures, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order stipulates that several individuals will be awarded the personal scholarship of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for their contributions to the development of Azerbaijani culture.
