Baku: During a recent interview with local television channels, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev reflected on the emotional significance of liberated territories during the Patriotic War. He described how each village and city where the Azerbaijani flag was raised represented the essence of Azerbaijan to him.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev shared that every piece of land where a martyr had fallen was profoundly significant, and the daily reports of losses were deeply impactful. He emphasized that the strategic changes in military operations and the eventual cessation of the war on November 10 were measures taken to minimize further casualties.

President Aliyev also underscored the necessity of remaining vigilant and prepared to defend the nation. He expressed confidence that Azerbaijan's strength, unity, and determination would ensure that no part of its territory would be compromised in the future.
