Kangarli: President Ilham Aliyev stated, “Today, in the example of this beautiful village, we see a renewed Azerbaijan and the restored Karabakh,” during his meeting with residents who moved to Kangarli village in the Aghdam district.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized the significance of demonstrating ownership and the ability to build and create on these lands. He noted, “We are demonstrating that we have always been the owners of these lands, and it is the case today. Only the owner of this land can build and create here,” reinforcing the idea of national ownership and development in the region.
