Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has announced that the regions of Karabakh and East Zangezur are witnessing significant revitalization efforts. Speaking at a military parade marking the fifth anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic War, he remarked on the ongoing implementation of the ‘Great Return’ Program.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev detailed the extensive construction activities in the liberated territories. Projects include schools, hospitals, industrial enterprises, power plants, reservoirs, and homes. He noted that over 60,000 people are already living, working, and studying in these areas, contributing to the regions’ redevelopment.
