Baku: President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the symbolic significance of the school named "Manas" as a testament to the enduring brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan during the third meeting of the Interstate Council of the two countries. The meeting took place in the city of Cholpon-Ata, as reported by APA's correspondent in Kyrgyzstan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his gratitude for Kyrgyzstan's support in the reconstruction of Garabagh. He highlighted the joint effort in opening the "Manas" school in Azerbaijan's Aghdam district, which stands as a monument to the unity of the peoples of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. The school is already operational, with children attending classes, symbolizing the deep-rooted ties between the two nations.

President Aliyev also praised the successful development of humanitarian cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. He underscored the importance of cultural exchanges, such as the Days of Kyrgyz Culture in Azerbaijan and the Days of Azerbaijan in Kyrgyzstan, held recently. These events showcase the rich cultural heritage of both nations and contribute to further revealing the creative potential of their peoples.
