Baku: President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the evolving dynamics in the South Caucasus, describing the region as a burgeoning area of peace, tranquility, security, and cooperation. He made these remarks during a joint press statement with the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze.
