According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev discussed the broader implications of these weather changes, linking them to global concerns such as food security. He emphasized that factors like wars, transport disruptions, and climate change all play a role in affecting food security. Despite the challenges, he pointed out that the increased rainfall has augmented water resources, ensuring that there will be no water shortages for agriculture in the current year.
